With its proximity to world-class institutions and providing an ideal location to establish a hub for life science research, the facility is positioned for easy access to public transportation. Envisioned to meet the demands of biotechnology companies and academic research institutions, the facility offers innovative companies and their teams a place to connect, collaborate, and achieve life-changing breakthroughs. Its state-of-the-art life sciences lab and office space is built with warm-shell infrastructure and flexible floorplates ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet.
