This life sciences campus features a modern, flexible design to reflect current market conditions and the sophistication of prospective tenants. Developed by Healthpeak Properties, Inc., a national healthcare real estate firm and life sciences landlord based in the Bay Area, the 326,000-squarefoot Vantage consists of one five-story building and one six-story building.

The building's shape, exterior glazing color, and reflectivity are based on the concept of crystalline structures. Depending upon the programmatic functions inside, as well as the viewer's orientation as they move around the outside, the façade appears to change from solid to clear. The design places the taller building closer to the street to present a more urban expression.

Keeping up with current tenant interests, improvements to the surrounding Forbes Boulevard campus include the addition of amenities such as an outdoor meeting room, bocce ball courts, and a food truck plaza.

Utilizing an integrated design approach and designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, Vantage will support a mix of lab and office space, with specific program elements yet to be determined.
