Evaluating a Consolidated Transplant Clinic on Patient Experience and Staff Efficiencies

UW Health's world-class transplant program sought to create a better experience for patients, providers, and staff by partnering with Flad to design a new clinic, hospital entry, and supporting spaces. The new 16,000-square-foot Pleasant T. Rowland Transplant Clinic consolidated care to a central location and provided the transplant program much-needed space for growth.
One year post occupancy, Flad and UW Health conducted an evaluation to determine the clinic's level of success in meeting the project's goals.
