The concept of comfort is a central aspect of Susan's work. Not only does she strive to create comfortable and satisfying work environments for clients, but she also builds relationships among consultants and her Flad colleagues that foster camaraderie and satisfaction. She brings her friendly and open communication style to every project, along with technical skill and attention to detail. As an experienced, hands-on project manager who began her career in design, she enjoys seeing projects through from the earliest aspirational conversations to ribbon-cutting ceremonies and post-occupancy evaluations.
