I am excited by the future of research. The movement toward interdisciplinary academic and research facilities presents us with the opportunity to study issues related to science, education, and discovery in truly collaborative centers. Creating learning environments that actually foster innovation and teamwork is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding aspects of the work we do.
Laura Serebin AIA, LEED AP
President / CEO
Laura is an experienced leader in the design and implementation of healthcare, academic, and science and technology facilities for a wide range of public- and private-sector institutions. She leads with a focus on collaboration, built on consensus and transparency.
Laura sees possibilities in green fields, in historic buildings, and in master plans that have yet to find a home. She visualizes spaces that don't just fit needs, they fit the people who will occupy them. In research labs, offices, medical centers, and classrooms, she designs spaces that can expand as needs change, adapt to new technologies, and empower scientists, medical personnel, and other professionals to push the boundaries of their fields.
