Watching our designs go from a concept to a full-blown, well-documented design and then a physical reality brings me great satisfaction and fuels my passion for structural engineering. Implementing lessons learned from prior successes and challenges creates an exciting culture of constant improvement, regardless of a project's complexity.
Jeff Reif
Director of Structural Engineering
For Jeff, the art and science of structural engineering provides a continuous and rewarding environment of learning and problem-solving. Curious and conscientious, he enjoys collaborating with architects to understand what a structure will support and how it needs to interface with architectural features, taking constructability issues into consideration early in the process. Jeff considers a project successful when the construction documents are coordinated and complete, the facility functions as designed for the client, and the project team forms a cohesive, constructive partnership.
