Doug's inspiration comes from forging deep connections with our clients, going beyond a basic comprehension of the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis – understanding what drives them, what excites them, and what makes them get up in the morning and dedicate each day to investigating how to make the world a better place. This sense of empathy enables Doug to derive solutions that not only overcome existing hurdles, but to also help our clients decode unidentified impediments and deficiencies, offering solutions that empower and propel their research.
