Mayo Clinic's 2030 vision for accelerating treatment to patients is improved with flexible biomanufacturing space. However, existing conditions of a leased building presented a challenge for programming, planning, and design.

In this session, planners and project managers from Flad and Mayo Clinic will detail how they successfully adapted while highlighting the project drivers, benefits, and impact of this project for Mayo Clinic's Center of Regenerative Biotherapeutics. In addition, presenters will describe facility solutions for successful process development and quality control laboratories as well as a GXP cleanroom for processing preclinical and clinical-scale products.

Attendees will learn how GXP spaces contribute to quicker patient care, as well as the essential infrastructure requirements needed to support a lab fit-up that can accommodate future program and equipment developments.
