Flad Project Manager Leads Closeout Courses

Puzzled by Project Closeout?Flad project manager and subject matter expert Don Bush is leading two upcoming online courses sponsored by Construction Owners Association of America (COAA) on project closeout along with other industry specialists and hosted by Michigan Association of Physical Plant Administrators (MiAPPA) in March and COAA in June. The interactive courses will provide members from MiAPPA and COAA an opportunity to earn AIA continuing education units.

About the CoursesCourse participants will learn how effective planning, teamwork, and management are keys to successful closeout. The speakers will share specific, proven approaches, strategies, and best practices for proactive closeout planning, including:

• Benefits of starting the closeout process at the beginning of the project
