Flad Principal Paul Hansen will lead a timely session at the upcoming Lab Design Conference exploring advances in automated equipment and emergent analytical platforms impacting clinical diagnostic testing facilities.

In this session, he will discuss how planning facilities to accommodate new instrumentation requires an understanding of both spatial and environmental needs to optimize current and future flows and efficiencies, and to keep pace with the demands of evolving healthcare systems design and operations.
