Flad team active at Boston leadership events

Members of Flad's Boston office recently attended and led discussions at industry leadership conferences in the area.

At the Women's Leadership Summit earlier this month, Managing Director Kelly Bliss spoke about the importance of adding value when developing client relationships. Founded by AIA, the annual event brings together the industry's largest network of diverse women in architecture, design, and the allied building industries to support and empower women on their leadership journeys and break down the barriers that get in their way. Kelly currently serves as co-chair of the Boston Society of Architects Women Principals Group and is a board member for Professional Women in Constructions (PWC) Boston chapter.

In addition, Project Manager Pasqualino Pannone led a focus group at the LabOps Unite Leadership Conference. The two-day event connects leaders and innovators in biotech and pharmaceutical lab operations. The informal discussion covered topics related to trends, challenges, and lessons learned in lab operations, as well as how effective space design can support the scientific research process.

Flad serves clients in the Greater Boston region, including the nation's top biotech and pharma companies as well as other industry leaders.
