At Annual Retreat, Flad Explores Opportunities to Tackle the Industry's Biggest Challenges

Practice leaders from Flad's 10 nationwide offices recently gathered in Madison for Flad's annual firmwide business retreat to plan for the coming year and beyond. Over 70 people attended the collaborative, two-day event, which featured external industry experts, including an opportunity to hear from a panel of clients.

Working together as one firm, attendees looked to the future and the grand challenges facing the industry and the world. Flad teammates explored how influences like convergence, AI, and market demands challenge us to evolve and adapt to our shifting environment and new ways of working. Keynote speakers discussed the great potential for AI to improve our lives and productivity, rejecting prevailing cynicism. They also explored practical tools and tips to spark creativity.

In addition, the event featured a panel of experts from the healthcare, research, and real estate industries. The panel explored the revolutionizing opportunities created by artificial intelligence and digital innovation within the life sciences ecosystem. This transformation is reshaping strategies to support a more agile and technologically advanced environment.
