Flad Principal Chuck Mummert will be a panelist at the upcoming agInnovation Fall Meeting, hosted by the North Carolina Agricultural Research Services (NCARS) at North Carolina State University. The panel will include NC State agricultural research and facilities leaders who partnered with Flad on the NC State Plant Sciences Building. This unique facility provides maximum potential for collaboration, interdisciplinary activities, and innovation.

The panel will explore emerging trends and new concepts in the programming and design of ag science buildings to maximize functionality, flexibility, and support innovation. In addition, Chuck and the panel will discuss common challenges and lessons learned from land grant university agricultural facility projects.

The conference will also include a networking reception and dinner at the NC State Plant Sciences Building.
